Sit back and enjoy magnificent rooftop views and celestial wonders with Memphis Astronomical Society monthly from September 2024 - January 2025 on the top of Beale Street Landing (251 Riverside Drive).

Telescopic views begin with the setting Sun, followed by Venus, the rising Moon and Saturn, as well as some of the brighter deep sky objects such as star clusters.

Stargazing Event Schedule (Weather Permitting):

• Friday, 9/13 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

• Friday, 10/11 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

• Saturday, 11/16 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

• Saturday, 12/7 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

• Saturday, 1/11 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

This event is free and open to all ages. Guests can access the stargazing area by walking up the grassy roof of Beale Street Landing. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
